The Pedagogic Center

Over the years, Shem Olam's Pedagogic Center has developed a unique database in the field of humanities, faith, religious life, and coping with faith issues during the Holocaust. The database contains unique materials from various sources such as Community Registers (Pinkasei Kekillot), Holocaust Memorial Books, survivor fiction, articles, research and contemporary newspapers, etc.
The database is divided into many subject headings and subheadings, containing up to hundreds of available sources.
In addition, the Pedagogical Center has a collection of films, photographs, and visual and printed testimonies available to the general public. It also includes a rich library of research papers, theses and seminar papers connected to the Shem Olam's areas of interest.
The Pedagogical Center consists of the following subject matter: geographic files, a collection of articles and papers, a film library, instruction and guidance in writing historical term papers, and a testimonial cataloged database.
